Nick & Pro Steer Wrestler Todd Suhn on No Holds Barred Radio

Ever wonder what goes through the head of a professional cowboy?  Why jump off of a perfectly good horse to wrestle a steer to the ground? Why risk getting gouged by a wild animal, and get timed while you’re doing it?

Meet Todd Suhn, Professional Steer Wrestler.  Todd has competed for over a decade, and has earned over $1.5M as a competitive steer wrestler. He’s a country boy who loves hunting, training horses, watching football and being with his family.  He’s also the featured guest on the No Holds Barred radio show, Thursday, May 26th, 2011 at 6PM Eastern.

Todd’s profession demands a lot of his body and he is always happy to answer questions about his supplement sponsor, Usana Health Sciences.  (Check out this video of Todd teaching Usana’s VP of customer service the ropes on steer wrestling.) Todd will be joined by Usana associate and resident northern Virginia expert on energy drinks, Nick Kelly.  Nick is an experienced musician and self-defense instructor working hard to ensure that people know what’s in the can before they chug down the energy inside.  He represents Rev3 Energy, an all-natural answer to the typical gas station energy drink.

Cowboys aren’t the only ones who can benefit from Rev3 Energy and the other supplements offered by Usana Health Sciences.  Here are just a few reasons Usana’s high quality supplements are the best on the market for athletes:

1. Athlete Guarantee

Usana Health Sciences does not mess around when it comes to the trust athletes must put into their nutrition.  Usana offers a guarantee that its products will not cause an athlete to show up on any banned substance list, and backs that guarantee up to the tune of $1Million. How can the company guarantee this level of quality?  Usana sponsors many Olympic athletes, like the U.S. Speedskating Team, USA Luge, Speedskating Canada, and professional athletes, like those on the Sony Ericcson WTA tour, hockey stars Bret Hedican and Jennifer Botterill, NFL players like Andy Studebaker, MLB pitcher D.J. Carrasco, golfers like Doug LaBelle II, and others like boxers Jose Antonio Rivera, Mike Lee, Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Ray Bradley, Jr.

2. Athlete Council

Usana consults former and current professional athletes as part of the ongoing research and development of products.  The Athletic Advisory Council includes some big names, like Olympic Gold Medalist Jennifer Azzi, U.S. Speedskating coach Derek Parra, and former NFL star Don Beebe.  These athletes provide insight into the life of a professional sports competitor, including the various opinions on nutritional supplementation, and all the rules rightfully in place against the use of steroids and the use of illegal substances.

3. What’s in Rev3 Energy?

I am often asked about the ingredients of Rev3 Energy. Truth be told, Rev3 truly is the safe alternative to the massive flux of new products in the energy drink market. Rev3 Energy has no preservatives, no artificial sweeteners, and no Guarana. The caffeine sources of Rev3 are antioxidant-rich green and white tea. Rev3 contains 375mg of L-Carnitine per can. (L-Carnitine is an amino acid that shuttles fat into the mitochondria where it can be turned into energy.) Rev3 also includes B1, B2, and B6 vitamins, and all-natural, low-glycemic sugars that won’t spike blood sugar levels and cause the all too familiar spike-and-crash cycle.

Athletes of all levels (and regular working class Joes and Soccer Moms) can benefit from the natural energy provided by Rev3 Energy.  Feel free to ask me more.

All the best,

Nick
