It’s been almost a year since Leon “Catwalk” Caliber appeared in his first novel, “Catwalk: Messiah.” The book featured the title character in his first appearance in over ten years. Catwalk showed up as an ex-cop, determined to lay low in Downtown Nitro City and stay out of the limelight. That worked just fine, until a religious fanatic unleashed cyborg versions of the Four Horsemen on the city. Given his unique set of cybernetic abilities, Cat was the only one with a chance to stop them, close the case and save the city.
May 18th marks the release of the second appearance of Catwalk in book form. “Catwalk: Jericho” is a shorter #cyberpunk tale that puts Cat on the streets once again in one of his deadliest, and most bizarre, adventures yet.
“Jericho” was originally a single chapter from the second full-length novel, “Catwalk: Lineage” which will be released this summer. Think of this as a teaser trailer while the next complete story is in the works.
During the editing process, the story took on a life of its own, and that was before the absolutely hilarious research that led to Act Two. This is a very diverse story that I hope captures the extremes of Catwalk’s universe in a way everyone will enjoy.
“Jericho” is available on Amazon.com as a .99 eBook, and will include original art, alternative cover art, and a peek into “Catwalk: Lineage” that I believe will whet your appetite.
Enjoy. We’ll see you Downtown!
